The Berry House was once a place to dry berries farmed on the
premises of the main house, the Hawkins residence. The berries
were dried on racks and shipped to Montreal and New York City to be used in the garment industry to dye fabric. When we opened The Brindle and Blonde in 2020, the Berry House sat empty and slowly losing its charm and usefulness. We knew we had to save it. We welcome you to stop by to browse and shop for something old or something new. We will have all the best South Bristol and the surrounding area has to offer.
